Omega-3s are central to brain health, especially when it comes to cognitive function. To date, thousands of studies have looked into how omega-3s EPA and DHA get into the brain and impart their benefits. In this course, we’ll discuss the latest research on omega-3s and omega-3 blood levels and how you can use this information to guide your patients on the best ways to use these important nutrients to sustain their brain.
