- Applies to your first order only and is limited to one 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee refund per customer per household.
- Refunded test kits will be deactivated.

Returns — Unopened Products
If your OmegaQuant test kit purchase does not qualify for the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
- Only applies to purchases on www.omegaquant.com.
- The test kit must be unopened and in its original condition.
- Once a test kit has been opened, registered, or used to collect a sample, it cannot be returned or refunded.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
To request your refund, contact us at info@omegaquant.com with your order number and reason for your request. Please do not ship your product back to us before receiving authorization to do so – we cannot guarantee credit for unauthorized returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@omegaquant.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll make it right at no cost to you — replacement or full refund at our discretion.
